To politicians, no matter what level or position of government you serve in, “We the People” expect the elimination of waste, fraud, and abuse. You are a servant of the people, act like it matters what transpires in the people’s lives!
It is those advocating for unfiltered, uncontrolled government spending that are driving our country into the depths of financial crisis. Ask yourself who, who is promoting increased, unaccountable spending in the United States government. Individual bureaucratic levers of government are programmed to pursue a political agenda. The way the political system is designed encourages clamoring for more money and discourages funding based on merit. The louder you squawk the more you receive, especially if your interest align with the political establishment. The people hurt by this waste and fraud are the American citizens. The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) estimates savings of over $700 per taxpayer.1 How would you feel about paying $700 dollars less in taxes? It is crazy the amount and scope of government fraud and waste. Not to pick on any one person or party but when Democrat politicians argue against government efficiency and accountability it does not feel right to the American people. The victim, oppressor mentality the Democrats employ is faulty on the premise that having unnecessary bureaucratic jobs is an abuse of the taxpayer and laying off those people is setting the wrong, right, not abusing federal employees. I think as people we have compassion and an understanding of how difficult it can be to lose your job, we sympathize. The President does as well, which is why the terms of the buyouts have been extremely favorable for the outgoing individuals. Sadly, Democrats want to construe it as a national crisis, an attack on democracy. Seeing an estimated 115 billion dollars saved1 doesn’t seem like a crisis. It seems like a brilliant move on the part of the current administration. Seemingly, there are members of the Democratic party in favor of government accountability and there are members of the Republican party in favor of allowing the spending to continue. This isn’t specifically a party problem; most problems are not. What “We the People” care about is increasing accountability and transparency, removing bureaucratic overreach, and ensuring a bright productive future for our country. At the core, Americans want to live their lives happily in peace without being micromanaged by a government that is supposed to serve the people.
When in the course of the United States existence it becomes necessary, “We the People” will take revolutionary action to return OUR country to its foundation. We will unite and stand for freedom and liberty; we will protect the oppressed and fight the oppressor. We will ensure those who serve do it with dignity and faithfully execute their office. We will hold ourselves to a higher standard; we will invoke God as the creator and source of our liberty. It is not for government to give us our rights or freedom, it is established from the beginning that we are all created equal and endowed with certain unalienable rights. If you serve in a political office, you are bound to the will of your constituents; your constituents oppose fraud, waste, and abuse, you should as well.
As a Majority Votes Patriot, we here at Majority Votes would like to thank you for courageously standing and putting your vote on this issue. Without unification success cannot be achieved. “We the People” MUST STAND TOGETHER to stop waste, fraud, and abuse in government!!
