There is one branch of government that most American citizens expect to remain impartial to politics and committed to the Constitution and rule of law. This is the judicial branch. It has become sadly apparent that activism is taking over the judicial landscape. The abuse of our legal system has severely tampered with the balance of power our founding fathers gave our country.  When judges go rogue and ignore the truth to further a political party’s agenda our country has serious problems. Five federal judges were able to successfully place injunctions on President Trump’s mandate from the American people. These judges made an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and if it weren’t for the supreme court correcting their mistake… well. It is a sad day when liberal, activist judges can prevent 77 million American’s legal and good goals for our country. Judges from Maryland, Washington, D. C., Massachusetts, California, and Washington state put forth injunctions slowing or halting, nationwide, the promised changes President Trump made during his campaign. These changes include removing illegal immigrants and violent criminals from our country, regulating birthright citizenship, and freezing funding to anti-American programs. This is why “We the People” have to unite and vote weekly, politicians who appoint these judges need to know we don’t favor their decisions. We have to voice our stance with the President and against judicial overreach into the executive branch of government’s lawful proceedings. We are losing the battle for control of our nation, and we have to take a stand now or power of the people will mean nothing in short order.
