“We the People” have lived and felt the devastation to our families, communities, schools and to our financial resources resulting from Illegal Immigration. Thankfully President Trump has secured the border. Now we need You - Congress to support him in addressing the ongoing devastation that continues to take place in our Country as a result of your failure to do what you should have done to protect our borders and the American people.
The system of government our founding fathers gave the United States is meant to prosper and protect the American citizens. Borders are a core tenet of protecting any nation. Borders protect Americans by keeping illicit drugs and dangerous individuals out of our country. Borders make Americans prosperous by regulating other countries trading products fairly into our country. Borders are a key element that ensure the United States integrity as a country stays intact. The attack on our families, communities, states, and country is under full swing by the evil forces seeking to take our country away from us and replace it with a place they control and rule with an iron fist. These forces have attacked us with every tool in their arsenal. One of their greatest weapons has been opening our borders. By having open borders, our country has been flooded with harmful drugs such as fentanyl and methamphetamine. By having open borders, cartels and human smugglers have had few issues trafficking people freely across the border into our country. Terrorists were also able to take full advantage of the open borders under Biden and position terror cells across our country. Terrorism cells that must now, at great risk to our law enforcement, be rooted out and destroyed. Not only have open borders caused increased criminal activities, but our economic system has been negatively impacted. Because many immigrants have come in illegally, they are not part of the American system. Most don’t pay taxes or fit into the government-public relationship system. However, they take advantage of the benefits meant exclusively for American citizens that pay their taxes. In the United States children of illegal immigrants are allowed to attend public schools. Schools that American citizens fund for their children. This has created a lack of funding for the number of students, which has in turn lowered the quality and educational excellence of the school system. Large cities across our nation, primarily blue cities, are suffering from the massive floods of illegal immigrants they are harboring. Budgeting finances becomes a struggle for these cities and protecting their citizens is a challenge they can’t overcome. Because of the open borders, infrastructure suffers from insufficient funding, health care costs skyrocket through the roof, and the criminal justice system needs improvements that government officials don’t want to fund. Open borders have caused uncontrolled problems and devastation to our country, communities, and families; and Congress allowed the borders to remain open under the Biden administration. Therefore, Congress needs to step up and support President Trump and law enforcement as they address the problems of the open border devastation.
The United States Congress House Budget Committee acknowledged at least $150 billion in expenditures, related to the open border immigration crisis, in May of 2024. But realistic expenditures, especially in 2025, are most likely much higher, potentially close to $300 billion in taxpayer dollars.
