Congressional bankrolling consists of three key fundamental aspects. Money in through various sources, money out during campaign season, and the payoff. Large corporations, special interests, rich elites, and dark money are a considerable portion of Congressional official’s campaign funding. With the backing of the establishment machine Congressional officials manage to stay in office years, if not decades. When elected, with the help of all these different funding mechanisms, an individual can quickly see just how power corrupted Congressional office can be. This is why it is imperative to send individuals with strong, disciplined character, individuals that will stand strong for what is right. Sadly, these aren’t the types of individuals that the above-mentioned donors want to back. Principled, honest, hard-working, dedicated, America first; when the political machine hears this, it quickly scrambles to find or concoct dirt about the person. Then a massive ad and attack campaign against the Patriot candidate begins. The money accumulated during step one is now put to use to blast any candidate that has a chance of defeating the political system’s chosen pick or current incumbent.

On top of the funding provided by outside sources Congressional candidates usually receive financial backing from Leadership PACs. This method allows Congressional members to donate money through the PAC to their colleagues’ re-election campaigns or a non-incumbent candidate’s campaign. Said PAC contributes further to solidifying the establishment choice for a Congressional seat. Candidates aren’t solely dependent on outside funding though. Those in elected office do have a personal advantage. While it’s not legal for Congressional officials to use non-public information for stock trading, it is legal for Congressional officials to own and trade stocks. This has raised serious questions about insider stock trading by Congressional officials. Regardless, many Congressional members have extremely high financial returns from stock trading and have the luxury of funding part of their campaigns with some of their gains. Congress’ reputation has fallen to unsatisfactory. DOGE findings have revealed that Congress has mismanaged the people’s finances and there are credible sources revealing that many places taxpayer dollars have gone, have been used to directly tear down American ideals and traditional values.

Congressional bankrolling has been going on for decades, but the amount of money pouring into Congress to keep establishment individuals in elected office has increased drastically in the past decade. The war to control Congress isn’t happening between Republicans and Democrats as the media spins it. Instead, the struggle for control is between traditional American values and progressive Socialistic ideologies. “We the People” have been witnesses to the failures of both major political parties in Washington D.C. The same old problems keep rearing their ugly head and Congressional officials kick the can further down the road with temporary inadequate attempts at solutions. When will Congress change their behavior? The answer is simple. As long as money is the way to political power the wrong motives will surface and Congress will remain unaccountable. But, if money is lifted from the equation and merit, integrity, and America First are the qualifications for office, then true change will be inspired. United and utilizing the Majority Votes Platform, “We the People” can and should hold Congress accountable. To make this happen we need every single Patriot across the United States to unite and say enough is enough. Majority Votes Patriots can influence every elected official across America, and it starts with Congress right now.
