Americans expect Congressional officials to fulfill their moral, Patriotic, and obligatory duties to the People, Nation, and Constitution. Federal elected officials have failed to achieve these goals and must therefore face the consequence of not being re-elected. This can only be achieved if American patriots unite and institute this accountability. Majority Votes Patriots are holding Congressional members accountable here and now.
Americans are fed up with Congress inability to accomplish the goals “We the People” elected Congress to achieve. Congressional officials face re-election every two years for the House for Representatives and six years for the Senate. And every time elected officials go up for re-election, they promise massive results and big changes if the people will elect them again. Almost inevitably the members that win their re-election proceed to accomplish nothing. Instead, members of Congress argue back and forth about policy, legislation, funding, and anything else that controversy can be produced with.
Congress needs to stop trying to win elections by creating problems to campaign on and instead work on Americans goals and let their work reflect their eligibility for elected office. The fact that Congressional members cannot complete goals that Americans, across all political party lines, overwhelmingly support is shameful. The lack of Congressional care to address national debt, election security, and economic affordability is abysmal. Congress has to stop ignoring Americans’ goals and achieve real progress on our initiatives. That’s why “We the People” elect them.
